   This is my favorite local thrift store. The prices are excellent, there are lots of sales, it’s organized . . . drop in!

   Since I’m not likely to do recommendations for other Fremont area stores, I’m just going to list some others:

   St. Vincent de Paul, Decoto Rd., near Fremont Blvd. (all jeans $4 at one time)
   Goodwill, Mowry Ave. & Fremont Blvd.
   Hope Station, Fremont Blvd. & Parish (my 2nd favorite)
   One on Chapel Way, near Fremont Blvd.

   Several along Mission Blvd. in the Hayward area.
