We are using the Encore registry because we are big fans of used baby gear and also this type of registry makes it easier to buy new things wherever instead just being able to go to one store. That said, a couple of the best baby consignment stores in town are “Kid to Kid” on Dimond and “Once Upon a Child” which is on Northern Lights by Spenard. For new things, Target, Burlington Coat Factory, and Babies r’ Us all have big selections, and Tiny Ptarmigan (near Denali and Benson) is a newer local store for baby things. We also have a few things registered at Target (registered under both of our names) if that’s easier to use for some people.
